  • Yes, we do use sub-contractors but in a different way than most general contractors. We do not send your project out to be bid on. Our sub-contractors are the same for every job. We’ve worked with them for years so they know what we expect in terms of quality and we trust they will provide that high quality work that we pride ourselves on.

  • While carpet offers a softer and quieter space we know some worry about water damage. If that is something you worry about or experience from time to time in your basement we recommend luxury vinyl planks. We only install durable and waterproof flooring.

  • While most contractors take months to complete a project like this from start to finish, we are able to give you a finished space in 4 to 6 weeks depending on what you are having completed in your basement.

    We work on a first come first serve basis. Once you sign a contract with us, you are put onto our schedule as next in line. We will not put anyone who signs after you in front of you. Please be mindful you may have a wait time from signing the contract to when we start. Depending on how many projects are in line before yours. At the time of signing we will be able to provide you with an estimated projected time.

  • Item descriptionIf you have low ceilings and a lot of pipes and ductwork we recommend a black dryfall ceiling that gives an industrial look. This allows the most headroom and gives the illusion of a taller space. If you’re ceilings are a good height then the finish is entirely up to you. We do always finish bathroom ceilings with drywall.
